Ansys SIwave-CPA
Ansys SIwave-CPA is a 3-D, fast finite element method (FEM) field solver for extracting the RLCK models of IC packages and PCBs. This document presents an overview of the CPA solver capabilities and the key setup guidelines. This extraction capability is enabled as an additional solver to Ansys SIwave or can be acquired separately.
