Kathleen Weslock
Vice President of Human Resources
A transformative leader with decades of experience, Kathleen Weslock leads our Human Resources team at Ansys. Over her career, Kathleen has led every major HR function, including compensation, integration, talent acquisition and retention, and training. She has proven herself to be innovative and collaborative in her approach and a proactive advocate for employees. She has led global HR at Pep Boys and held similar roles at Cisco Systems and SunGard Data Systems. Kathleen earned her bachelors in Spanish and psychology from Hood College, her masters in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University, and a JD in employment and labor law from Pace University.
