Predicting PCB Reliability in Complex Systems

For any electronic product, printed circuit board (PCB) reliability is critical. PCBs form the backbone of almost every electronic product, and without confidence in PCB reliability, lifetimes and performance in the field, design and manufacturing engineers cannot be confident in their product as a whole.

There are a number of tools that engineers can use to predict PCB reliability. In this webinar, we will discuss PCB reliability specifically in regard to complex systems. PCBs cannot simply be analyzed as a standalone design because they are part of a subassembly that includes enclosures, connectors and other interfaces that subject the PCB to system-level effects.

We will discuss examples of those system level-effects, how you can run system-level analyses and how you can optimize PCB reliability at the component, board and system level.
