Last November, Ansys launched its Level Up event centered around Ansys Mechanical, Ansys’ finite element analysis simulation software that enables users to solve complex structural engineering problems. This event featured 12 unique sessions designed to help engineers of all varieties (beginner, intermediate and expert) advance their simulation knowledge.
This year, we’re excited to announce Ansys Level Up 2.0, which will feature more products, more sessions, and of course, more simulations. This free virtual engineering conference goes live October 20, 2021. Register today to save your spot and start building your own customized agenda!
Level Up 2.0 will expand on last year’s event with an extensive list of sessions, speakers and networking opportunities. This year, we have seven unique tracks: Mechanical, LS-DYNA, Fluids, Advanced Manufacturing & Design, Acoustics/Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH), Upfront Simulation and the Solution Spotlight Track: Electronics Reliability. Each track will have six sessions, including customer presentations highlighting how Ansys software has helped them improve their product designs.
This is an event you won’t want to miss. Gather your colleagues and register to learn about our latest software capabilities and our solutions for the toughest engineering and simulation challenges.
At Level Up 2.0, you will hear from a wide variety of speakers, such as Ansys engineers and customers, including start-ups and industry leaders. Some of our start-up speakers include engineers from Ather Energy, Pankl, Ceaspace and Predator Cycling, who are all part of the Ansys Start-Up Program, which provides start-ups with access to Ansys’ broad portfolio of simulation solutions. Each speaker will discuss how they are currently using Ansys tools to solve problems — ranging from building rockets to manufacturing scooters to bicycle design and more. Each session is 30 minutes long and will include opportunities to connect with other attendees and ask questions directly to speakers through a live chat box.
In each of our seven unique tracks, you will also hear from Ansys engineers who will discuss the latest product updates, including how products can be used in integrated multiphysics workflows. In our Electronics Reliability solution spotlight track, you will hear how Ansys Mechanical, Sherlock and LS-DYNA can be integrated to predict PCB failure risk. In the Fluids track, you will hear about some of the most important aspects of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, starting from generating a high-quality mesh to simulating fluid-structure interaction (FSI). And, in the Mechanical track, you will learn how to streamline workflows within the flagship solver through automation and scripting, meshing techniques for welds and bolted joints and much more.
Don’t miss out—hear from our diverse group of speakers and register to attend today.
We are incredibly excited to announce that this year our keynote speakers include NASA and Offworld. Each of these industry-leading companies use Ansys software in their product design phase to generate virtual models, analyze designs and make design changes prior to product build.
NASA keynote speaker, Frederick Michael, will discuss the NASA MSFC Materials & Processes Laboratory and how they use Ansys modeling support for direct energy deposition (DED) additive manufacturing of large-scale aerospace articles. Offworld keynote speaker, Alicia Kavelaars, will discuss the importance of innovation, pushing the limits of design and how simulation has helped level up their company.
We are incredibly excited to begin Level Up 2.0 with these industry-leading speakers. Keynote sessions will begin LIVE at 10am EST on October 20. Make sure to register and attend!
Space travel has seen huge strides in the last year, from satellite launches to lunar missions to civilian space travel and more, this is an exciting time in human history. For our closing live session, AGI (an Ansys company) CTO Shashank Narayan will discuss digital mission engineering and how the aerospace industry is using simulation to model real-world flight operations, rotorcraft, analyze aircraft performance and more.
Level Up last year saw a hugely positive response from attendees. We hope to continue that feedback into Level up 2.0 with more sessions, more products, more workflows, more simulations and more opportunities for attendees to learn, grow and collaborate.
Don’t wait! Register for Level Up 2.0 and don’t miss out on the simulation event of the season!
