SOTIF and FuSa STPA for a Highway Pilot Function of a Passenger Car
Using a highway pilot function as an example, this presentation explores key safety analysis methods applicable for automated driving systems development. In particular, it covers Safety of the Intended Functionality (SOTIF) analysis and functional safety analysis, and relates these methods to System-Theoretic Process Analysis (STPA). It was presented at the European STAMP Workshop and Conference.
