‘Tis the season, and we don’t just mean the holidays. Technology is in the air with CES 2022 fast approaching, and anticipation is high. The latest advances from more than 1,800 exhibiting companies, including Ansys, will be on display in Las Vegas from January 5-8, 2022 at the annual trade show that is organized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA).

With so many exciting things revolving around Ansys 2022 R1, which is right around the corner, we are eager to highlight six high-level technology pillars at CES that support our strategies in key technological areas. Attendees can look forward to more than a dozen presentations at the Ansys booth or take advantage of our technology tour, which will feature the booths of industry leaders who are using Ansys simulation solutions to make groundbreaking developments.

It’s imperative that engineers ensure ADAS and autonomous vehicles (AVs) perform safely — and intuitively — in any driving situation, including unpredictable weather, traffic, and road conditions. For electric vehicles (EVs), engineering challenges include driving range and battery life efficiency.
