Course Overview

The Ansys OPTIS HPC Getting Started familiarizes users with Ansys OPTIS HPC. This course explains how to launch a Speos simulation using the High Performing Computing solution with a Linux or Windows Cluster.

The course is split into 6 modules. It starts with an overview of the environment and the checking of the prerequisites, followed by an explanation of the Speos Core interface and the configuration of the cluster into the Speos Core window, and finishes with methods on how to manage and launch simulation and the complete simulation process.

Target Audience

Optical or Mechanical Engineers, Designers for automotive or lighting industries, Network engineer within IT.

Teaching Method

Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge.
