Course Overview

Understand the tools needed to prepare and convert an optical system from Ansys Zemax OpticStudio to the CAD environment and to analyze the optical performance with the vast range of the Ansys Zemax OpticsBuilder features.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure you have installed Creo Parametric and OpticStudio.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD is essential.

Teaching Method

This is a self-paced course covering lectures, demonstrations, and workshops. A training certificate is provided to all attendees who complete the course.

Learning Outcome

Following completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Convert an optical system into a .ZBD file and import the file into the CAD environment.
  • Use all OpticsBuilder features to create a dynamic optomechanical assembly.
