3-Pillars: Fluent, Mechanical, ElectromagneticSince the start of the decade significant improvements have been made to the Ansys flagship solvers (Fluent, Mechanical, HFSS). Learn how these updates in usability, performance, and speed can impact your design cycle and bring value to your workflows
3:15 PM - 3:30 PMBREAK
3:30 PM - 4:00 PMHossam MetwallyAccelerating CFD Mixing Tank SimulationRecent advances in terms of GPU technology will be highlighted showing between three to tenfold speed up in terms of turn around time.  Additionally, streamlining the overall workflow allows for Design of Experiments (DOE) creation which opens the door towards exploring the entire operation design space. Finally, it will also be demonstrated how AI/ML-based algorithms are used to create Reduced Order Models (ROMs) to further democratize mixing simulation for real-time/zero-learning curve simulation consumption by non-CFD experts.
4:00 PM - 4:30 PMMatt RiceMaterials Optimization: Granta + optiSLangMaterials are increasingly becoming an area of focus for organizations looking to modernize and enable their digital processes. Whether it is finding optimal materials to improve performance, reduce cost, adhere to legislations, or encourage recyclability, having a digital concept of a material allows for the flow of information between these distinct areas. Using tools Ansys in the Ansys portfolio, customers have leveraged their materials data and our automation tools to improve processes and prepare for the new challenges.
