Chief Technology Officer at Ansys

Dr. Prith Banerjee is the Chief Technology Officer of Ansys, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and drives innovation for its next phase of growth. With an extensive background in academia and industry, he has held leadership roles at Schneider Electric, ABB, Accenture, and Korn Ferry, and has been recognized for his contributions to electronic design automation and parallel computing.

John Lee

VP and GM Electronics Semiconductor and Optics at Ansys

John Lee is the General Manger and Vice President of the Electronics, Semiconductors and Optics Business Unit at Ansys. In this role, leads a worldwide R&D team that develops successful products such as HFSS™, RedHawk-SC™, Icepak™ and Lumerical™. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, for Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Hugues Tournier

Advanced Packaging Signal and Power Integrity Senior Manager , Marvell

Hugues Tournier is an Advanced Packaging Signal and Power Integrity Senior Manager at Marvell. In his role, he supervises projects related to IC-packaging high-speed transmission up to 448Gb/s and power integrity in packages, PCBs, and systems. Since he joined the company in 2024, Hugues has used AI to improve processes and gain efficiency for complex multi-dimensional structures. His previous experiences include Ciena, Nortel, and BNR, for which he has several patents. He also has served as chair of different standard bodies and continues to participate in consortium such as UCIe actively.
