Ansys Exalto is a software solution for extraction post-layout vs. schematic (LVS) RLCk. It allows IC designers to precisely capture and account for unknown crosstalk between different blocks within the design hierarchy. This is achieved by extracting lumped-element parasitics and generating an accurate model incorporating electrical, magnetic, and substrate coupling effects.
Exalto seamlessly interfaces with a wide range of LVS tools, allowing it to integrate smoothly into existing design workflows. It can effectively complement your preferred RC extraction tool, providing additional functionality and accuracy in capturing and analyzing parasitic effects within your IC design.
