Renee DeMay
Chief of Staff to the CEO
Renee DeMay serves as Chief of Staff for CEO Ajei Gopal. Renee works closely with the leadership team to define the company’s strategy and to establish the corresponding operating structures. For four years, Renee led the 800-person Ansys Customer Excellence team, ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of Ansys technology to meet customer business initiatives. Renee’s areas of specialty include business development, professional services management, go-to-market strategy, business transformation and strategic partnerships. Prior to Ansys, she spent the previous 14 years in a variety of senior management roles within consulting, training and professional services operations at PTC and IBM.
