Muhammad has been using computational fluid dynamics tools to model engineering problems with turbulence, heat transfer, combustion, multiiphase and particulate flow for the past 20 years. He helps oil and gas customers with their simulation needs and mentors his colleagues on advanced simulation topics. He leads the Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) workgroup as part of Ansys' company-wide sustainability initiative. Prior to joining Ansys, Muhammad was a lecturer and research assistant at Texas A&M University and KFUPM.

  • Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University
  • Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering Degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
