Ansys Export Control Compliance
Ansys maintains an export controls internal compliance program, including training for all employees. Ansys also implements an export control compliance process for all customer transactions.
Except for the software noted as ITAR-controlled below, Ansys software is dual-use.
We are registered with the U.S. Department of State, as our services may include handling of customer information that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
We have implemented procedures to ensure compliance in our handling of ITAR technical data.
