Modeling Complex Composite Structures Using ANSYS
Designing complex composite structures poses many challenges. Finite element methods play a major role in accurately analyzing these structures for efficient design. Apart from pre-existing layered elements and robust solvers, ANSYS has further simplified composite modeling workflow via a new user-friendly interface called ANSYS Composite PrepPost (ACP). Now users can start with CAD models, define their own layup information and perform simulation easily from start to end.
